Paying
It depends on how you book
You book with us directly
The steps above: price confirmed on the phone, card held by secure link, charged after drop-off. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Through a roadside plan
If your insurance, car maker or motor club sends us, your plan pays us directly under your coverage. You only pay if the tow goes beyond what your plan covers — and you’ll be told first.
Business accounts
Body shops, dealers and fleets get one invoice a month with every tow itemized. No card needed per job.

Good to know
Is the online price final?
It’s a suggested price calculated from distance, vehicle type, traffic and timing. Dispatch confirms the final price with you on the phone before any truck is sent.
What does a “hold” on my card mean?
Your bank sets the amount aside but doesn’t take it. It’s only charged after your vehicle is delivered. If the job is cancelled before the truck is sent, the hold is released.
What if the job turns out to be different?
If the driver finds something that changes the work — for example the vehicle is stuck off the road and needs winching — they’ll explain and agree any extra cost with you before doing it.
Can I ride in the truck?
Tell dispatch how many people are with the vehicle when you call, and we’ll let you know what we can do.
Do I get proof of the tow for insurance?
Yes. Your receipt shows the pickup and drop-off locations and the price, and we keep the pickup and drop-off photos on file.
Need a tow right now?
Call dispatch and tell us where you are. Day and night shifts, Monday–Saturday.
